I'M MAKING A GAME AND NEED MUSIC...
I'm not taking game commissions at the moment. If you are making game that you are absolutely sure that I will absolutely love to work on, feel free to contact me. Such a game might be the next entry in the HITMAN series, a tactical turn-based game inspired by the original X-COM games, or a point-n-click adventure game. On the other hand, if you are making a Risk of Rain-inspired game you don't need to bother, if I was interested in that I would keep writing for Risk of Rain.

Yes, as long as it is not made widely public. If you plan on releasing it on a public platform (eg. YouTube) please send me some info about your project so we can go over some important details.

I'M STREAMING ON TWITCH, CAN I USE YOUR MUSIC?
You can, as long as you don't use it as a fixture of your channel (i.e. intro/outro etc.).

I'M MAKING A PODCAST, CAN I USE YOUR MUSIC?
Probably, but it depends on the type of show you are producing. Please get in touch beforehand.

Can I use your music in my YouTube video?

YES if...

it is a cover/remix/live performance.
it is a reaction to/critique of the music.
it is a review/let's play of a game the music comes from.

it is a video essay of educational content. You need to contact me first.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: YouTube automatically detects copyright-infringing material. If you include my music in your video without any additional voiceover and/or sound effects the system will be triggered and send me a notification. At that point I will take the video down without checking the content. It is not my job to monitor unauthorized usage of my music, it is your job to make sure you are using properly-licensed content in your work.

KEEP IN MIND: When you are uploading a video on YouTube you sign a contract declaring that you own whatever is in that video. By using my music in it you are, by default, nullifying that contract. Despite whatever action I might take, this compromises your own content, and the effort you invested into it. Do consider this before using any third-party content without proper licensing.

it is a re-upload of the music.
it is a re-upload of the music on a channel that is dedicated to VGM.
it is a ten-hour loop; song X extended; song X but only the good parts; song X but only the good parts extended.
it is a re-upload of the music for private use (eg. a DND campaign).
it's you playing a game, drawing, or performing any other task, and the only audio is the music.
