I'M MAKING A SCHOOL PROJECT, CAN I USE YOUR MUSIC?
In most cases yes, but please send me some info about your project so we can go over some important details.

I'M STREAMING ON TWITCH, CAN I USE YOUR MUSIC?
You can, as long as you don't use it as a fixture of your channel (i.e. as intro/outro of your show and/or segments of it).

I'M MAKING A PODCAST, CAN I USE YOUR MUSIC?
You can as long as your content is related to the music (eg. talking about the game it comes from or reviewing the music itself). You cannot use it as a fixture of your podcast (i.e. as intro/outro of the podcast and/or segments of it).
I'M MAKING A YOUTUBE VIDEO, CAN I USE YOUR MUSIC?
  • ​If it is a cover/remix/live performance: YES
  • If it is a reaction to/critique of the music: YES
  • If it is a review/let's play of a game the music comes from: YES
  • If it is a video essay of educational content: IT DEPENDS, but you need to contact me first. And no, "how to get a gazillion points in game X" does not classify as educational

  • ​If it is a re-upload of the music: NO
  • If it is a re-upload of the music on a channel that is dedicated to VGM: NO
  • If it is background music in a video of people doing a random activity (eg. playing a TTRPG): NO
  • If it is a ten-hour loop; song X extended; song X but only the good parts; song X but only the good parts extended: NO
  • If it is a re-upload of the music for private use (eg. a DND campaign): NO—seriously, though, I get so many of these? Why can't you use my own uploads?
  • If it's you playing a game, drawing, or performing any other task, and the only audio is the music: NO
  • If it's the music but, like, slowed down: NO
  • If it's the music but, like, with weird filters and shit: NO
  • If it is a "funny" mashup: NO
  • If it's a really cool...: NO
  • If it's a hilarious...: NO
  • If it's...: NO
  • NO.
  • NO, NO, NO. NO.
Please keep in mind that in all the cases above I will be notified by YouTube and I will take your video down without warning.
